摘要
耐候钢板通过添加适量的铬、镍、铜等合金元素在大气环境中形成致密氧化层,具有优良的耐腐蚀性和耐候性能,广泛应用于建筑景观工程、桥梁、轨道交通、水利工程、能源等领域。本文介绍了三钢Q355NHD耐候钢板产品的化学成分设计,并制定了加热、轧制、冷却工艺,通过试制得到耐候钢板对应性能和金相组织,相关耐腐蚀性能良好,成功开发了各项性能优异的Q355NHD耐候钢板。
Weathering steel plates,by adding appropriate amounts of alloying elements such as chromium,nickel,and copper,form a dense oxide layer in the atmospheric environment,thus possessing excellent corrosion resistance and weathering performance.They are widely used in fields like architectural landscape engineering,bridges,rail transit,water conservancy projects,and energy.This paper introduces the chemical composition design of SanSteel's Q355NHD weathering steel plate products,formulates the heating,rolling,and cooling processes,obtains the corresponding properties and metallographic structure of the weathering steel plate through trial production,and the relevant corrosion resistance is good,successfully developing the Q355NHD weathering steel plate with excellent performance in various aspects.
