摘要
以船舶替代燃料的能耗为研究对象,从燃料的储存、燃烧前的预处理、燃烧时的能量转换、燃烧后的处理和船舶外围系统等方面对船舶替代燃料储存和燃烧可能涉及的能耗进行评估。根据能耗评估的概念和船舶替代燃料的能耗需求,建立涵盖燃料燃烧时和燃烧前后不同阶段的综合能耗评估公式,并结合具体机型开展能耗评估案例分析。研究表明:替代燃料的燃烧前后处理所需能耗均比燃料油高;氨燃料的燃烧前处理能耗最高;各替代燃料的燃烧后处理能耗差异不大;露天甲板替代燃料舱的夏季水喷淋降温功耗不容忽视。
Taking the energy consumption of alternative fuels for ships as the research subject,this study assesses the potential energy consumption associated with alternative fuels from multiple aspects,including pre-combustion treatment,energy conversion during combustion,post-combustion treatment,and shipboard peripheral systems.Based on the concept of energy consumption assessment and the specific energy demands of alternative fuels in shipping,a comprehensive energy consumption assessment formula is established,covering different stages such as before,during,and after fuel combustion.Case studies are conducted using specific engine types to illustrate the assessment process.The results show that the energy required for pre-and post-combustion treatment of alternative fuels is higher than that of conventional fuel oil.Ammonia fuel has the highest pre-combustion processing energy demand.The energy consumption for post-combustion treatment varies little among different fuels,and the power consumption of summer water spray cooling for alternative fuel tanks located on open decks is significant and cannot be ignored.
