摘要
随着人工智能技术的快速发展,其在各行业的深度整合对高职计算机应用专业的人才培养提出了新要求。为解决当前教学中存在的技术滞后、实践薄弱及产教脱节等核心问题,本文基于建构主义学习理论与项目式学习(PBL)理念,对传统课程体系进行结构化重构。研究构建了“三元递进式”AI技术应用能力培养模型,并设计了基于真实企业项目的实训方案与协同育人机制。通过在某高职院校的实证研究表明,该模型能显著提升学生的技术应用能力与创新思维。本文旨在为高职院校适应智能化时代的人才需求提供一套可操作的改革路径,并探讨了未来研究方向与当前研究的局限性。
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,its deep integration across various industries has posed new requirements for talent cultivation in higher vocational education,specifically in the Computer Application major.To address core issues in current teaching,such as technological lag,weak practical training,and the disconnect between industry and education,this paper,grounded in constructivist learning theory and Project-Based Learning(PBL),conducts a structural reconstruction of the traditional curriculum system.The study constructs a”Ternary Progressive”model for cultivating AI technology application skills and designs a practical training program and a collaborative education mechanism based on real-world enterprise projects.An empirical study conducted at a higher vocational college demonstrates that this model significantly enhances studentstechnical application abilities and innovative thinking.This paper aims to provide an operational reform path for higher vocational colleges to meet the talent demands of the intelligent era,while also exploring future research directions and the limitations of the current study.
