摘要
在跨境电商全托管模式快速发展的背景下,商家库存管理效率已成为影响其资金周转、合作稳定性及经营绩效的重要因素。本文以SHEIN全托管模式下的商家为研究对象,结合库存管理相关理论,对其库存管理特征与现实问题进行分析。研究发现,在平台主导的库存管理机制下,商家普遍面临需求预测依赖度高、补货响应要求严格以及SKU管控难度大的问题,进而引发库存积压、断货并存和资金占用过高等风险。针对上述问题,本文从需求预测协同、补货机制优化、SKU分类管理及库存动态监控等方面提出改进建议。研究结论可为SHEIN全托管商家优化库存管理提供实践参考,也为跨境电商全托管模式下的库存运营研究提供经验借鉴。
With the rapid development of the fully managed cross-border e-commerce model,merchant inventory management efficiency has become a crucial factor affecting their cash flow,partnership stability,and operational performance.This paper takes merchants under the SHEIN fully managed model as the research object,combining relevant inventory management theories to analyze their inventory management characteristics and practical problems.The study finds that under the platform-led inventory management mechanism,merchants generally face problems such as high dependence on demand forecasting,strict replenishment response requirements,and difficulty in SKU control,leading to risks such as inventory backlog,stockouts,and excessive capital occupation.To address these issues,this paper proposes improvement suggestions from aspects such as demand forecasting collaboration,replenishment mechanism optimization,SKU classification management,and dynamic inventory monitoring.The research conclusions can provide practical reference for SHEIN fully managed merchants to optimize inventory management and also offer experience for research on inventory operations under the fully managed cross-border e-commerce model.
