摘要
目的 分析某院6种常见呼吸道病原体:甲型流感病毒(Influenza A virus,IFA)、乙型流感病毒(Influenza B virus,IFB)、呼吸道合胞病毒(Respiratory syncytial virus,RSV)、腺病毒(Adenovirus,ADV)、副流感病毒I型(Parainfluenza virus 1,PIV-1)、副流感病毒Ⅲ型(Parainfluenza virus 3,PIV-3)的流行病学特点,为呼吸道疾病的诊疗和预防控制提供实验检测依据。方法 以2024年1月至2024年12月来院就诊的6 744例疑似呼吸道感染患者作为研究对象,采用PCR荧光探针法对其标本进行6种呼吸道病原体核酸检测。结果 6 744例疑似呼吸道感染患者共检出阳性结果1 210例,阳性检出率为17.94%,其中IFB检出率最高(7.86%)。阳性病例中,未成年人中以IFB(27.94%)、ADV(25.98%)为主,成年人中以IFB(47.02%)、IFA(31.41%)为主;1~3月以IFB(66.88%)为主,10~12月以IFA(84.35%)为主。结论 2024年来院就诊的疑似呼吸道感染患者以IFB、IFA感染为主,不同时期呼吸道感染病原体种类不同。
Objective To provide valuable experimental information for the diagnosis,treatment,prevention and control of respiratory diseases.Specifically,to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of six common respiratory pathogens:Influenza A virus(IFA),Influenza B virus(IFB),Respiratory syncytial virus(RSV),Adenovirus(ADV),Parainfluenza virus type 1(PIV-1),and Parainfluenza virus type 3(PIV-3).Methods 6744 suspected respiratory infection patients from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected for the current study.The PCR fluorescent probe method was applied to detect patients’specimens.Results 1210 positive results were detected among 6744 suspected respiratory infection patients,with a positive detection rate of 17.94%.IFB showed the highest detection rate(7.86%)among them.In the positive cases,IFB(27.94%)and ADV(25.98%)were the main causes of respiratory tract infections in minors,while IFB(47.02%)and IFA(31.41%)were the main causes in adults.IFB(66.88%)was the main causes from January to March,while IFA(84.35%)was the main source from October to December.Conclusion IFB and IFA were the main pathogens patients with suspected respiratory tract infections in this hospital in 2024.The types of pathogens causing respiratory infections could vary across different time periods.
