摘要
本文利用2011—2022年深沪A股上市企业的面板数据,实证检验了新基建对企业高质量发展的影响。研究发现,新基建有助于企业实现高质量发展。从实现路径看,新基建能通过“数据赋能”“行为制约”“环境优化”和“创新激励”效应助力企业高质量发展。从资源编排看,企业加大数字化投资有利于强化新基建对高质量发展的积极影响,但人才配置的调节效应并不显著。从容斥属性看,新基建对不同企业的分布密度、产权性质和规模大小存在包容性,即无论企业间距离疏密、国有或非国有、大型或中小型,新基建均具有赋能效果。然而,新基建的作用也存在选择差异性。一是技术变革速度差异,即新基建对低速技术变革企业的驱动力更强;二是新基建类型差异,信息基建和融合基建能促进企业高质量发展,但创新基建的效能尚未显现。
This study empirically examines the impact of new infrastructure on the high-quality development of enterprises using panel data from A-share listed companies in Shenzhen and Shanghai from 2011 to 2022.The results indicate that new infrastructure facilitates high-quality development in enterprises.In terms of the realization path,new infrastructure contributes to high-quality development through effects such as data empowerment,behavioral constraints,environmental optimization,and innovation incentives.Regarding resource allocation,enterprises increased digital investment enhances the positive impact of new infrastructure on high-quality development,although the moderating effect of talent allocation is not significant.In terms of the inclusive and exclusive attributes,new infrastructure shows an inclusive effect across different companies based on the distribution density,property rights,and scale,that is,it drives the high-quality development of enterprises regardless of the proximity between them,whether stateowned or non-state-owned,or large and small.However,heterogeneous effects are observed:On one hand,new infrastructure exerts a stronger driving force on firms with slower technological change;On the other hand,while information infrastructure and integrated infrastructure significantly promote high-quality development,the efficacy of innovation infrastructure remains statistically insignificant.
