高阳矿28301工作面深孔预裂弱化硬岩技术研究及应用

摘要 针对山西汾西矿业(集团)有限责任公司高阳煤矿综采工作面过构造期间炮眼布置多、爆破效果不明显、推进速度慢、影响安全高效回采等问题,采用深孔预裂弱化硬岩技术提前在28301工作面副巷超前段布置两排深孔炮眼,采用被筒装药结构、多点起爆方式预裂爆破。现场应用结果表明:采用该技术减少了工作面打眼放炮次数,提高了采机截割效率,保证了工作面的安全高效回采。 To solve the problems of many blasthole layouts,unobvious blasting effect,slow advancing speed and affecting safe and efficient mining during the construction of fully mechanized mining face in Gaoyang Coal Mine of Shanxi Fenxi Mining(Group)Co.,Ltd.,the deep hole pre-splitting weakening hard rock technology was adopted.Two rows of deep hole blastholes were arranged in the advance section of the auxiliary roadway of 28301 working face in advance.The pre-splitting blasting was carried out by means of barrel charging structure and multi-point initiation.The field application effect is good,which reduces the number of drilling and blasting in the working face,improves the cutting efficiency of the shearer,and ensures the safe and efficient mining of the working face.
