摘要
为了确保小煤柱沿空掘巷技术在山西忻州神达金山煤业有限公司的顺利实施,以13102工作面回风顺槽为工程背景,通过工程类比、矿压监测以及现场调研等方式,开展了围岩科学控制方案的有关研究。在原始支护条件下,围岩逐渐演变为整体失稳现象,根据围岩变形特征提出采用“固帮护巷”的支护原则,即采用“锚杆(索)多层次固帮+窄煤柱注浆”的联合支护方案,现场监测结果表明,新掘进区段巷道表面形变程度较低且逐渐趋于稳定,顶板离层量也处于可控范围内。
To ensure the successful implementation of small coal pillar gob-side entry driving technology in Shanxi Xinzhou Shenda Jinshan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,taking the return air roadway of 13102 working face as the.1 engineering background,the relevant research on the scientific control scheme of surrounding rock was carried out through engineering analogy,mine pressure monitoring and field investigation.Under the original support condition,the surrounding rock gradually loses stability.According to the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock,the support principle of“solid support for roadway”is put forward,that is,the combined support scheme of“multi-level anchor cable for solid support and narrow coal pillar grouting”was adopted.The field monitoring results show that the surface deformation degree of the roadway in the new excavation section is low and gradually tends to be stable,and the roof separation amount is within the controllable range.
