摘要
在全球可持续发展与制造业数字化转型的背景下,绿色金融已成为完善资源配置与激励企业创新的重要政策工具,其作用于制造业数字技术创新的具体机制值得深入探究。基于2010-2023年沪深A股制造业上市企业面板数据,实证检验绿色金融对制造业企业数字技术创新的影响。结果表明,绿色金融是制造业企业数字技术创新的重要驱动力,该结论通过一系列稳健性检验仍成立。异质性检验表明,这种驱动力对于西部地区企业、国有企业和非重污染企业更为显著。机制检验表明,绿色金融可通过作用于研发强度与融资约束对制造业企业数字技术创新产生影响。研究结论揭示了绿色金融驱动数字技术创新的双路径机制,为金融政策与产业技术政策的协同落实提供了理论依据。
Against the backdrop of global sustainable development and the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry,green finance has become a policy instrument for guiding resource allocation and stimulating corporate innovation,and the specific mechanisms through which it influences the digital technology innovation of manufacturing enterprises warrant in-depth investigation.Based on panel data from manufacturing listed companies on the Shanghai and Shenzhen Ashare markets from 2010 to 2023,this study empirically examines the impact of green finance on digital technology innovation in manufacturing enterprises.The results indicate that green finance is an important driving force for digital technology innovation in manufacturing enterprises and has passed robustness tests.Heterogeneity analysis indicates that this driving force is more pronounced for enterprises in western regions,state-owned enterprises,and non-heavy polluting enterprises.Mechanism tests reveal that green finance influences digital technology innovation in manufacturing enterprises by acting on R&D intensity and financing constraints.The study reveals a dual-path mechanism whereby green finance drives digital technology innovation,providing a theoretical basis for the coordinated implementation of financial policy and industrial technology policy.
