摘要
随着我国集成电路产业被纳入国家战略性新兴产业范畴,其发展速度不断提升,对高素质专业人才的需求日显迫切,人才匮乏问题成为阻碍产业高质量发展的主要瓶颈。在现阶段专创融合的教育背景下,如何搭建契合行业需求、具备专业基础与创新能力的人才培养模式,成为高等教育改革的核心课题。聚焦集成电路制造领域,提出以“人才需求(Demand)分析、专业培养(Cultivate)定位、创新教育(Education)驱动、平台服务(Serve)保障”为核心的DCES四位一体人才培养模式。通过深度分析当下产业发展背景与人才结构的矛盾,依托科研平台、产业项目与协同机制,探索在教学实践中融入科研创新与工程实训,形成应对“卡脖子”技术问题的系统化人才培养模式。该模式有利于突破学科壁垒,提升专创融合水平,增进学生的综合素养、科研能力与工程实践水平,促进集成电路制造领域人才供给与产业需求的有效契合,为高层次人才培养提供理论支撑与实践路径。
With the integration of the integrated circuit(IC)industry into China as part of the national strategic emerging industries,development continues to accelerate,creating an increasingly urgent demand for highly skilled professionals.However,a shortage of talent has become a primary bottleneck that impedes the high-quality development of the industry.In the current context of integration of specialization and innovation,the construction of a talent cultivation model that meets industry requirements while providing a solid disciplinary foundation and innovative capabilities has become a central issue in higher education reform.This paper focuses on the field of integrated circuit manufacturing and proposes the DCES four-in-one talent cultivation model,which includes Demand analysis,Cultivate positioning,Education-driven innovation,and Serve-based platform support.Through an in-depth analysis of the contradictions between the current stage of industry development and the structure of talent supply,and by leveraging research platforms,industrial projects,and collaborative mechanisms,this study explores the integration of scientific research innovation and engineering practice into teaching.The objective is to establish a systematic talent cultivation model that addresses technical challenges at bottleneck points.This model facilitates the removal of disciplinary barriers,enhances the integration of specialization and innovation,improves students in terms of comprehensive qualities,research capabilities,and engineering practice skills,and promotes an effective alignment between the supply of talent and the demands of the integrated circuit manufacturing industry.Furthermore,this model provides both theoretical support and practical pathways for the cultivation of high-level talent.
