摘要
Colorectal cancer(CRC)is a pervasive health concern worldwide,ranking third in malignancy prevalence and second in cancer-related mortality.The primary chemotherapeutic agent for CRC is 5-fluorouracil(5-Fu).Unfortunately,drug resistance is almost inevitable in patients,significantly reducing its efficacy.Therefore,underlying the mechanisms of 5-Fu resistance and exploring reversal strategies are crucial.
