摘要
文章立足数字贸易快速发展的时代背景,聚焦于中国饲料企业海外市场拓展的实践与挑战,系统梳理了当前饲料企业出海的主要模式,并深入分析了在数字贸易赋能下,饲料企业所获得的信息透明化、物流优化与服务精准化等核心优势,同时也指出了其在跨境监管、数字基建与本地化适配等方面面临的现实瓶颈。基于此,文章从智能化技术输出、柔性供应链重构、数字化营销以及跨界生态构建4个维度,提出了具有可操作性的海外市场拓展模式创新路径。
This paper grounded in the rapidly evolving context of digital trade,focuses on the practices and challenges of overseas market expansion for Chinese feed enterprises,and it systematically reviews the current primary modes of international expansion and conducts an in-depth analysis of the core advantages for feed enterprises afforded by digital trade,including enhanced information transparency,optimized logistics,and precise service delivery.The study also identifies practical bottlenecks such as cross-border regulatory discrepancies,digital infrastructure limitations,and localization inadequacies.Building on this analysis,the paper proposes actionable innovative pathways for market expansion across four dimensions:intelligent technology export,flexible supply chain restructuring,digital marketing,and cross-border ecosystem development.
