摘要
文章旨在研究不同蛋白质水平饲料对藏羊生长性能、养分消化率及屠宰性能的影响。试验将36只体重相近[(15.52±1.02)kg]的2月龄健康高原型藏羔羊随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复3只羊。按照饲料蛋白质水平分为14.19%(低蛋白,LP组)、15.53%(标准蛋白,MP组)、16.86%(高蛋白,HP组)。预饲期10 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:(1)与LP组相比,MP组平均日增重显著提高7.24%(P<0.05),料重比显著降低7.61%(P<0.05)。HP组平均日增重低于MP组,料重比高于MP组,但无显著差异(P>0.05)。(2)与LP组相比,MP组干物质、粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维消化率显著提高(P<0.05),且HP组粗蛋白质消化率显著提高(P<0.05)。(3)MP组和HP组胴体重、屠宰率、眼肌面积均显著高于LP组(P<0.05)。综上所述,在藏羊养殖中,标准蛋白和高蛋白饲料均能提高生长性能,并改善养分消化率和屠宰性能。本试验条件下,藏羊饲料的蛋白质推荐水平为15.53%。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of diets with different protein levels on the growth performance,nutrient digestibility and slaughter performance of tibetan sheep.Thirty-six 2-month-old healthy plateau-type tibetan lambs with similar body weights(15.52±1.02 kg)were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups,with 4 replicates per group and 3 lambs per replicate.According to the different dietary protein levels,the groups were divided into 14.19%(low protein,LP group),15.53%(standard protein,MP group)and 16.86%(high protein,HP group).The pre-test period lasted for 10 days,and the formal test period lasted for 60 days.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the LP group,the average daily gain(ADG)of the MP group was significantly increased by 7.24%(P<0.05),and the feed conversion ratio(FCR)was significantly decreased by 7.61%(P<0.05).The ADG of the HP group was lower than that of the MP group,and the FCR was higher than that of the MP group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)Compared with the LP group,the digestibility of dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP)and neutral detergent fiber(NDF)in the MP group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the CP digestibility in the HP group was significantly increased(P<0.05).(3)The carcass weight,dressing percentage and eye muscle area of the MP group and HP group were significantly higher than those of the LP group(P<0.05).In conclusion,both standard protein and high protein diets can improve the growth performance,nutrient digestibility and slaughter performance of tibetan sheep.Under the conditions of this experiment,the recommended dietary protein level for tibetan sheep is 15.53%.
