基于汇川PLC多段速变频调速控制实训项目设计

摘要 电机作为现代工业的动力核心设备,广泛应用于各种生产流程和产品的制造过程中。变频调速系统作为工厂中重要的电机调速系统,在实际中应用广泛,尤其适用于需要频繁调节多种转速的场合。变频调速系统常用的控制方法主要有操作面板控制、PLC集成控制与通信控制3种。该文采用PLC控制方式,实现变频器的多段速控制。在实验平台的基础上,设计了变频器的八段速控制系统,分别完成了硬件线路连接、变频器参数设置、PLC梯形图及触摸屏界面设计,最终实现了基于汇川PLC的多段速变频控制实训项目的整体设计。 Motors serve as the power core equipment of modern industry and are widely applied in various production processes and product manufacturing.As an essential motor speed regulation system in factories,frequency conversion speed regulation systems are extensively used,especially in situations requiring frequent adjustment of multi-speed.Common control methods for frequency conversion speed regulation systems mainly include operation panel control,PLC integrated control,and communication control.This paper adopts the PLC control mode to achieve multi-speed control of the frequency converter.Based on the experimental platform,this paper designs an eight-speed control system for the frequency converter,completes hardware circuit connection,frequency converter parameter setting,PLC ladder diagram and touch screen interface design,and finally realizes the overall design of the multi-speed frequency conversion control training project based on Inovance PLC.
