摘要
针对医院传统人工管理模式在预算管控中效率低下、准确性较差,以及节能降耗中存在数据滞后与异常难识别等问题,该研究构建了医院资源计划系统协同架构。实验数据显示,该系统实施后,多科室预算执行偏差率由21.3%~24.5%降至1.6%~5.4%,查询响应时间从223~241 ms缩短至53~62 ms。夏季用电高峰期间,月均耗电量从13.6万千瓦时降至10.8万千瓦时,月均水耗从0.92~0.96万吨降至0.75~0.85万吨。结果表明,HRP系统能有效提升医院预算管理与节能降耗的效率和精准度,对降低运营成本具有重要意义。
This paper constructs a collaborative architecture of Hospital Resource Planning system to address the issues of low efficiency and poor accuracy in budget control under the traditional manual management mode,as well as data lag and difficulty in identifying anomalies in energy conservation and consumption reduction.Experimental data show that after the implementation of this system,the deviation rate of budget execution in multiple departments decreases from 21.3%~24.5%to 1.6%~5.4%,and the query response time is shortened from 223~241 ms to 53~62 ms.During the peak electricity consumption period in summer,the average monthly power consumption drops from 136000 kWh to 108000 kWh,and the average monthly water consumption declines from 9200~9600 tons to 7500~8500 tons.The results indicate that the HRP system improves the efficiency and precision of hospital budget management and energy conservation effectively,which is of great significance for reducing operating costs.
