摘要
目的:分析眼部超声雾化联合普拉洛芬、人表皮生长因子滴眼液治疗眼科手术后干眼症患者的临床效果及其对患者临床症状、泪腺功能的影响。方法:选择本院2023年4月-2025年4月接受眼科手术后确诊为干眼症的96例患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组48例,对照组给予普拉洛芬、人表皮生长因子滴眼液常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合眼部超声雾化治疗。比较两组临床效果、临床症状评分、泪腺功能指标[泪液分泌试验(SIT)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、眼表疾病指数(OSDI)]、炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)]、氧化应激水平[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)]及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(95.83%vs 81.25%,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组临床症状评分低于对照组,SIT、BUT水平高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组OSDI评分、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β、SOD、LPO水平均低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),两组用药不良反应发生率和依从性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:眼部超声雾化联合普拉洛芬、人表皮生长因子滴眼液治疗眼科手术后干眼症患者,可有效改善其临床症状、恢复泪腺功能、优化眼表状态、抑制炎症反应、调节氧化应激水平,且安全性良好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of ocular ultrasonic atomization combined with pranoprofen eye drops and recombinant human epidermal growth factor eye drops in the treatment of dry eye patients after ophthalmic surgery,as well as their effects on clinical symptoms and lacrimal gland function.Method:A total of 96 dry eye patients who underwent ophthalmic surgery in our hospital from April 2023 to April 2025 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment with pranoprofen eye drops and recombinant human epidermal growth factor eye drops,while the observation group was additionally treated with ocular ultrasonic atomization on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms,lacrimal gland function indexes[schirmer I test(SIT),break-up Time(BUT),ocular surface status(ocular surface disease index,OSDI)],inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)],oxidative stress levels[superoxide dismutase(SOD),lipid peroxide(LPO)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(95.83%vs 81.25%,P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,while SIT and BUT were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The OSDI score,levels of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1β and LPO in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,whereas the SOD level was higher(P<0.05 or P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05)or medication compliance(P>0.05)between the two groups.Conclusion:Ocular ultrasonic atomization combined with pranoprofen eye drops and recombinant human epidermal growth factor eye drops in the treatment of dry eye patients after ophthalmic surgery can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,restore lacrimal gland function,optimize ocular surface status,inhibit inflammatory response and regulate oxidative stress levels,with good safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
