掺水乳化航空煤油单液滴蒸发特性试验研究

摘要 航空煤油在生产和运输过程中不可避免地会存在部分水分残留,从而对航空煤油的蒸发燃烧产生影响,针对该问题,本研究采用单液滴挂滴法蒸发试验系统对质量分数1%的掺水乳化航空煤油开展了高温蒸发特性试验测试。选择不同初始体积的掺水乳化航空煤油液滴分别在473,573和673 K的环境温度下进行了蒸发可视化测试,从而为后续探讨最佳掺水比及燃油高值化利用提供参考。结果表明:掺水乳化航空煤油液滴蒸发过程存在显著的微爆特性,蒸发寿命缩短了42.7%,液滴寿命与环境温度成反比。随着环境温度的升高,液滴微爆时刻提前,微爆强度增大,在673 K下液滴微爆时刻最早为0.21 s·mm^(−2),寿命最短为0.79 s·mm^(−2),微爆强度最大为0.97;随着初始液滴体积的增大,微爆发生时刻延迟,波动蒸发时间总体缩短,2.0μL微爆时刻最迟为0.85 s·mm^(−2),持续时间最短为0.19 s·mm^(−2),微爆形式由边缘微爆占主体向中心微爆占主体转变。 In view of the unavoidable influence of some water residues on the evaporative combustion of aviation kerosene in the production and transportation process of aviation kerosene,the high-temperature evaporation characteristics of water-mixed emulsified aviation kerosene with 1%mass fraction were tested by using a single-droplet droplet evaporation test system.Evaporation visualization tests were carried out at ambient temperatures of 473,573 and 673 K respectively,which provided a reference for the subsequent discussion of the optimal water ratio and high-value utilization of fuel.The results show that:there are significant micro-explosion characteristics in the evaporation process of water-mixed emulsified aviation kerosene droplets,the evaporation life is reduced by 42.7%,and the droplet life is inversely proportional to the ambient temperature.With the increase of ambient temperature,the droplet microburst time is advanced,and the the intensity of microbursts increases,and the earliest droplet microburst time is 0.21 s·mm^(−2),the shortest life is 0.79 s·mm^(−2)and the maximum micro-explosion intensity is 0.97 at 673 K.With the increase of the initial droplet volume,the microburst generation time is delayed,and the fluctuating evaporation time is generally shortened,with the 2.0μL microburst moment being 0.85 s·mm^(−2)at the latest,and the shortest duration being 0.19 s·mm^(−2),then the micro-explosion pattern shifts from edge micro-explosion to center micro-explosion.
