摘要
针对煤矿井下气动定向钻孔施工过程中钻遇顶底板岩层时钻进效率低、螺杆钻具振动导致寿命低等问题,在分析气动螺杆钻具工作特性的基础上,开发了等壁厚定子和中空转子结构的气动螺杆钻具,改善了螺杆钻具输出性能,减少了横向振动,提升了岩孔钻进效率和使用寿命。进行了室内性能测试和现场试验,结果表明:等壁厚定子气动螺杆钻具输出扭矩相比常规螺杆钻具提高了50%以上,在岩孔中的钻速提高了2.0~3.5倍;中空转子结构有效降低了脱扣掉钻事故的发生。
Aiming at the problems of low drilling efficiency when encountering roof and floor strata during pneumatic directional drilling in coal mines,as well as low life of PDM drill caused by vibrations,developed an improved pneumatic PDM drill featuring a pre-contour stator and hollow rotor structure based on an analysis of pneumatic PDM drill operational characteristics.It improves PDM drill output performance,reduces lateral vibrations,and enhances rock holes drilling efficiency and service life.The laboratory performance testing and field trial were conducted.The results show that the pre-contour stator pneumatic PDM drill increases output torque by over 50%compared to conventional PDM drill,and achieves 2.0-3.5 times higher penetration rates in rock holes.The hollow rotor structure effectively mitigated thread disengagement and drill drop incidents.
