摘要
混凝土模块化建筑在国内作为一种新兴的工业化建造方式,正逐渐得到广泛关注。本文旨在深入探讨混凝土模块化建筑的机电集成选型与深化设计要点。从住宅机电系统的基本特征概述开始,到创新性提出机电集成视角下混凝土模块化建筑三种不同的构造形式,并阐述不同构造形式对机电系统集成的影响。在机电集成选型部分,重点探讨集成度和精准度要求,并提出“管层”分析的概念,为机电系统的深化设计提供依据。最后,针对混凝土模块化建筑机电集成的深化设计进行深入研究,为进一步提高建筑工业化程度提供有益参考。
Concrete modular building,as a new industrial construction method in China,is gradually getting widespread attention.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the key points of electromechanical integration selection and deepening design of concrete modular buildings.Starting with an overview of the basic characteristics of residential electromechanical system,this paper innovatively puts forward three different structural forms of concrete modular building from the perspective of electromechanical integration,and expounds the influence of different structural forms on electromechanical system integration.In the part of mechatronics selection,the requirements of integration and accuracy are mainly discussed,and the concept of"tube layer"analysis is put forward,which provides a basis for the further design of mechatronics system.Finally,the in-depth design of electromechanical integration of concrete modular buildings is studied,which provides useful reference for further improving the industrialization of buildings.
