摘要
运动服饰的功能迭代与个性化需求升级持续推动着数码印花技术革新,然而高弹性面料独特的形变特性导致墨水附着不稳定,在动态运动环境中易产生色彩失真与物理剥离现象。汗液浸润、反复拉伸及环境因素构成的复合作用,进一步加剧印花图案的耐久性挑战。因此,就弹性基底与数码印花体系的协同适配机制展开探讨,优化墨水固着路径与形变补偿工艺,以期提升运动场景下面料印花的功能保持率与视觉持久性。
Functional iteration and personalized demand upgrading of sports apparel continue to drive the innovation of digital printing technology.However,highly elastic fabrics are susceptible to color distortion and physical peeling phenomena in dynamic sports environments due to their unique deformation characteristics that lead to unstable ink adhesion.Sweat infiltration,repeated stretching and environmental factors constitute a composite effect,further exacerbating the durability challenges of the print pattern.Therefore,this study discusses the synergistic adaptation mechanism of elastic substrate and digital printing system,and optimizes the ink adhesion path and deformation compensation process,in order to enhance the functional retention rate and visual durability of fabric printing in sports scenes.
