摘要
AutoForm冲压仿真软件的仿真精度对解决零件可成形性及成形精度起到重要的作用,也影响模具的开发周期和生产成本,如何提高仿真精度已成为优化工艺设计的关键,依据冲压工艺设计发现,大曲率梁类件的仿真结果与实际成形的零件状态存在较大差异。研究不同仿真参数变量对大曲率梁类件仿真结果的影响,分析结果表明:映射材料包辛格效应的随动硬化模型及模具零件间隙是影响仿真精度的关键因素,通过合理调整这2个因素,可使回弹仿真结果与实际零件偏差控制在±1 mm,满足成形零件的工程应用精度要求。
The simulation accuracy of the AutoForm stamping simulation software played an important role in solving the formability and forming accuracy of the part,and also affected the development cycle and production cost of the die.How to improve the simulation accuracy had become the key to the success of optimizing process design,according to the design of the stamping process,it was found that there was a significant difference between the simulation results of the large curvature beam component and the actual part state.The influence of different simulation parameter variables on the simulation results of the large curvature beam component was studied,the analysis results showed that the follow-up hardening model of the mapping material Bauschinger effect and the clearance of the die parts were the key factors affecting the simulation accuracy,the deviation between the springback simulation results and the actual part could be controlled within±1 mm by reasonably adjusting these two factors,which met the engineering application accuracy requirements of the formed part.
