永磁材料和温度对内置双层V形永磁同步电机性能的影响

Effects of Different Permanent Magnet Materials and Temperature on Performance of Built-in Double V-Shaped Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor

摘要 为研究永磁体结构、材料和温度对永磁同步电机的性能影响,采用多目标优化算法对永磁电机结构进行优化,建立永磁体内置双层V形永磁同步电机模型。基于优化后的永磁同步电机,分析钕铁硼和钐钴两种永磁材料在不同工况下永磁同步电机的电磁性能。分析相同材料下温度对永磁同步电机电磁性能的影响。仿真结果表明,使用钐钴的双层V形永磁体结构电机的电磁性能更好,永磁同步电机永磁体的工作温度应该控制在200℃及以下,高于200℃有造成永磁体不可逆退磁和铁芯损耗增加的风险。 In order to study the effect of different permanent magnet materials on the performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),a two-dimensional model of double V-shaped PMSM was established,and the structure of the permanent magnet motor was optimized by multi-objective optimization algorithm.Based on the optimized PMSM,the electromagnetic properties of the Ndfeb and SmCo permanent magnet materials under different working conditions were analyzed.Finally,the electromagnetic properties of the same material at different temperatures were analyzed.The simulation results show that the electromagnetic performance of the double-layer permanent magnet structure motor using samarium cobalt is better,and the operating temperature of the PMSM should be controlled below 200℃.There is a risk of irreversible demagnetization of the permanent magnet and increased iron core loss at temperatures above 200℃.
