基于复杂地质条件的煤矿采煤掘进支护技术

摘要 在煤矿开采向深部延伸过程中,断层破碎带、软岩高应力区、富水喀斯特区等复杂地质条件愈加突出,使掘进支护难度明显增加。为解决该问题,分析不同复杂地质区域对支护体系的力学要求,研究锚杆、锚索与联合支护的参数化设计及失效防控方法,探讨包括地质参数精准获取、支护方案数值模拟验证、现场施工控制在内的煤矿采煤掘进支护技术应用要点,以期为煤矿采煤掘进作业安全高效开展提供保障。 In the process of coal mining extending to the deep part,the complex geological conditions such as fault fracture zone,high-stress soft rock area and water-rich karst area are becoming increasingly prominent,significantly increasing the difficulty in tunneling support.In order to solve this problem,this paper analyzes the mechanical requirements for support system in different complex geological areas,studies the parametric design and failure control methods for bolt,anchor cable and combined support,and explores the application points of coal mining tunneling support technologies including precise geological parameter acquisition,support scheme numerical simulation verification and on-site construction control,so as to provide guarantee for the safe and efficient development of coal mining tunneling operation.
