摘要
以某煤矿工程为例,对煤矿井下深孔定向超前钻探技术展开研究。在该项目施工中,将泥浆脉冲无线随钻测量技术、复合定向钻进工艺和施工参数动态调控方法有效结合,显著提高了超深孔的钻进效率、轨迹控制精度,施工时的稳定性和安全性得到有力保障。实践结果证明,煤矿井下深孔定向超前钻探技术具备较好的工程适应性,可加强推广应用。
Taking a coal mine project as an example,this paper studies the deep-hole directional advance drilling technology for underground coal mines.During project construction,the mud pulse wireless measurement while drilling technology,composite directional drilling process and dynamic construction parameter regulation method are effectively combined,significantly improving drilling effi-ciency and trajectory control accuracy of ultra-deep holes and effectively safeguarding stability and safety during construction.The practice results show that the deep-hole directional advance drilling technology for underground coal mines has good engineering adaptability and and can be recommended for wider application.
