摘要 建立了连铸板坯辊道输送和保温坑保温过程传热数学模型,并用实测数据对计算结果进行了验证。证明模型可用于预报铸坯在输送及保温过程中的温度变化,及制定连铸坯“传搁时间表”,为连铸板坯热送热装炉提供温度查询依据。 The mathematical heat transfer model for conveying and insulating process of CC -slab in HCR was established.The results that calcu lated temperature was consistent wi th actual measured values well proved that the model was available to predict the te mperature of slab in conveying and in sulating process and make temperatu re -timetable,which provides reference to charging into heating furnace.
