摘要
运用扎根理论研究方法,发现高职专业群与乡村产业间匹配情况面临各主体价值目标存在偏差、人才培养与乡村产业需求脱节、资源建设进展缓慢和机制传导受阻等现实问题,影响了匹配过程中互动协作机制、发展演进机制、平衡维系机制和协同调控机制作用的有效发挥。在此基础上,提出应敏锐洞察乡村产业发展趋势,消弭专产匹配主体的价值目标冲突;动态满足乡村人才技能需求,促进专产匹配模式的长期稳定发展;统筹协调专产融合发展态势,维系专产匹配环境的正向和谐有序;合理配置各类资源要素,调控专产匹配界面的关系规则与作用机制。
By adopting the grounded theory research method,this study finds that the matching be-tween higher vocational professional clusters and rural industries is confronted with practical problems such as deviations in the value goals of various subjects,disconnection between talent cultivation and the demands of rural industries,slow progress in resource construction,and blocked mechanism transmission.These problems have affected the effective operation of the interaction and coordination mechanism,devel-opment and evolution mechanism,balance maintenance mechanism,and collaborative regulation mecha-nism during the matching process.On this basis,it is proposed that we should keenly grasp the develop-ment trend of rural industries and eliminate the value and goal conflicts of the main bodies in the matching of specialty clusters and industries;dynamically meet the skill needs of rural talents and promote the long term stable development of the matching mode of specialty clusters and industries;coordinate the integrat-ed development trend of specialty clusters and industries and maintain the positive,harmonious and orderly environment of the matching of specialty clusters and industries;rationally allocate various resource ele-ments and regulate the relationship rules and action mechanisms of the matching interface of specialty clus-ters and industries.
