摘要
近年来,博士教师从普通本科院校流向高职院校的“反向跳槽”现象显现,反映出学术劳动力市场变化、高职院校“向上”改革取向与博士教师职业选择之间的复杂互动。基于访谈材料,采用主题分析法分析发现,博士教师“反向跳槽”的动机主要分为触发性动机和情境性动机两个方面,其意义建构主要通过专业承诺重塑和职教使命认同两种价值正当化方式。针对这一结论,高职院校应采取强化政策落实、建立灵活准入门槛、优化人才内荐制度等举措。
In recent years,the phenomenon of reverse job-hopping has emerged,characterized by doctorate-holding faculty moving from universities to higher vocational colleges.This trend reflects the complex interaction between changes in the academic labor market,the upward reform of vocational col-leges,and doctorate holders’career choices.Based on interview data,this paper adopts the thematic analy-sis method and finds that the motivations for doctoral teachers'reverse job-hopping are mainly divided into two aspects:triggered motivations and contextual motivations,and their meaning construction is mainly re-alized through two value justification methods:professional commitment reshaping and vocational educa-tion mission identification.In response to this conclusion,higher vocational colleges should take measures such as strengthening policy implementation,establishing flexible access thresholds,and optimizing the tal-ent internal recommendation system.
