摘要
在岩溶地区桩基施工中,深埋土洞的处治常面临施工技术和规范流程的问题,以福建龙岩未来城紫阳小学桩基工程为背景,提出一套系统性压力注浆技术方案。采用梅花形布孔定位与双管分序注浆工艺并细化各项操作要点,保证土洞空腔的密实填充和土体的有效加固。在处治完成后通过标准贯入试验和沉降监测进行质量验证。工程应用表明,严格遵循该注浆技术方案的规范化流程,能显著降低岩溶区桩基施工带来的安全风险,提升建筑地基整体稳定性,并为类似地质条件下的深埋土洞的处治提供了可借鉴的技术方案。
During pile foundation construction in karst regions,the treatment of deep-buried soil cavities often faces challenges related to construction techniques and standardized procedures.Taking the pile foundation project of Ziyang Primary School in Longyan Future City,Fujian Province as a case study,this paper proposes a systematic pressure grouting technical solution.Utilizing a plum blossom pattern layout for positioning and a dual-tube sequential grouting process(detailing key operational points),the method ensures dense filling of soil cavities and effective reinforcement of the surrounding soil.Post-treatment quality verification was conducted through Standard Penetration Tests(SPT)and settlement monitoring.Engineering application demonstrates that by strictly adhering to the standardized process of this grouting technique,safety risks associated with pile foundation construction in karst areas can be significantly reduced,the overall stability of the building foundation enhanced,and a reference-worthy technical solution provided for treating similar deep-buried soil cavities under analogous geological conditions.
