摘要
随着公路桥梁建设规模不断扩大,施工成本控制成为影响工程经济效益的关键因素。论文以施工成本控制实践中的突出矛盾作为切入点,对成本计划编制偏差、实施过程失控、监控机制缺失、部门协同不畅等关键问题进行深入研究分析,提出构建数据化预算模型、强化过程管控、完善监控体系、推进信息化建设、加强人才培养等系统性优化措施,以期为施工企业提升成本管控能力提供理论参考与实践指导。
With the continuous expansion of the scale of highway bridge construction,cost control during construction has become a key factor affecting the economic benefits of the project.This article takes the prominent contradictions in the practice of cost control as the entry point,conducts in-depth research and analysis on key issues such as deviations in cost planning,loss of control during the implementation process,lack of monitoring mechanisms,and poor departmental coordination.It proposes systematic optimization measures such as building a data-driven budget model,strengthening process control,improving the monitoring system,promoting informationization,and enhancing talent cultivation,with the aim of providing theoretical references and practical guidance for construction enterprises to enhance their cost control capabilities.
