摘要
本文采用现场职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测以及职业病危害评价等方法,对某石化企业丁二烯装置生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素进行辨识分析,并对所采取的职业病危害防护措施进行评价。结果表明,该装置的职业病危害因素主要包括1,3-丁二烯、乙腈、丁烯、甲苯、对叔丁基邻苯二酚等。通过采取工程防毒措施、个体防护措施、应急救援措施以及日常管理措施等对职业病危害进行预防和控制,符合国家职业卫生标准的要求。
This paper identifies and analyzes the occupational disease hazard factors existing in the production process of a butadiene plant in a petrochemical enterprise,and evaluates the adopted occupational disease hazard protection measures by using the methods of on-site occupational health investigation,occupational health detection and occupational disease hazard assessment.The results show that the main occupational disease hazard factors of the plant include 1,3-butadiene,acetonitrile,butene,toluene,p-tert-butylcatechol,etc.The prevention and control of occupational disease hazards are carried out by taking engineering toxicity prevention measures,personal protective equipment,emergency rescue measures and daily management measures,and the control effect meets the requirements of national occupational health standards.
