靛红中间体异亚硝基乙酰苯胺合成的研究

摘要 异亚硝基乙酰苯胺是桑德迈尔(Sandmeyer)法合成靛红的关键中间体,其工业化生产主要以水合三氯乙醛、苯胺、羟胺为原料,在盐酸水溶液中通过肟化反应制得。由于异亚硝基乙酰苯胺合成过程中涉及的原料水合三氯乙醛、苯胺和羟胺单价较接近,工业化过程需通过优化配比与工艺参数实现成本最优,因此本次研究对三种原料的的配比进行优化,同时优选工艺反应的p H值、温度、原料加入次序,并结合反应分段、反应液套用等措施,实现了以苯胺计的反应收得率提高至97%,生产成本较传统工艺下降5%。
