摘要
庭院经济作为深度契合乡村资源禀赋的特色经济形式,能够有效夯实乡村产业基础、重塑乡村治理格局及激发乡村主体活力,其在推动乡村振兴中的重要作用日益获得国家的认可与重视。为响应国家政策号召,桂林恭城泗安村积极探索庭院经济发展路径,目前已构建起集特色种养、休闲旅游、生产生活服务于一体的复合型发展模式。然而,当前该村庭院经济发展仍面临同质化竞争、政策衔接不畅、经营主体能力短板等现实困境,在一定程度上制约庭院经济赋能乡村振兴的效果。针对以上问题,需从产业机制优化、政策体系完善、人才队伍健全3方面协同发力,充分释放庭院经济的发展潜力,为乡村振兴的推进注入持续动能。
As a distinctive economic form that deeply aligns with the resource endowments of rural areas,the courtyard economy can effectively consolidate the rural industrial foundation,reshape the rural governance structure,and stimulate the vitality of rural actors.Its significant role in advancing rural revitalization has increasingly received the recognition and emphasis from the state.In response to the national policy initiatives,Sian Village in Gongcheng,Guilin,has been actively exploring pathways for developing courtyard economy.It has established a comprehensive model that integrates specialized planting and breeding,leisure tourism,and production-living services.However,the development of courtyard economy in the village still faces practical challenges including homogeneous competition,a lack of policy coordination,and limited capabilities of business operators,which to some extent restrict the effectiveness of courtyard economy in empowering rural revitalization.To address these issues,coordinated efforts are required across three areas:optimizing industrial mechanisms,improving the policy system,and strengthening the talent pool.Such measures will help fully unleash the potential of the courtyard economy and inject sustained momentum into rural revitalization.
