摘要
新质生产力作为以科技创新为主导的先进生产力质态,为农村三产融合注入新的核心驱动力。该文首先系统阐释了新质生产力赋能农村三产融合的内在逻辑,其通过要素配置、技术嵌入、产业创新和价值创造4个维度驱动农村三产融合的产业链延伸、供应链优化与价值链跃升。进而剖析当前农村三产融合在人才、技术、产业和资金层面面临的现实挑战。据此,提出以“人才链-创新链-产业链-资金链”四链融合为核心的实践路径,旨在为依托新质生产力推动农村产业深度融合、实现农业农村现代化提供理论参考与实践指引。
As the driving forces of advanced productivity led by scientific and technological innovation,new quality productive forces have brought new core impetus to the integration of rural tertiary industries.This paper first systematically explains the inherent logic of new quality productive force sempowering the integration of rural tertiary industries,which drives the industrial chain extension,supply chain optimization and value chain integration of rural tertiary industries through four dimensions:factor allocation,technology embedding,industrial innovation and value creation.Jump.Then,this paper analyzes the current practical challenges faced by the integration of rural tertiary industries at the talent,technology,industry and capital levels.Based on this,a practical path centered on the integration of the"talent-innovation-industry-capital"chains,aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for relying on new quality productive forces to promote the deep integration of rural industries and realize agricultural and rural modernization.
