摘要
促进农民农村共同富裕是中国式现代化的重要特征。广西作为“四区叠加”的西部民族地区,面临金融服务供给结构性失衡等问题。该文基于供给侧结构性改革视角,构建数字普惠金融促进广西农业农村共同富裕的理论分析框架。研究发现,数字普惠金融通过优化金融供给能力、改善金融供给结构、优化金融供给环境三大路径发挥作用。但当前仍面临数字化转型滞后、资源配置不足、产品同质化和征信体系适配度低等困境。据此,该文提出提升供给能力、优化供给结构、改善供给环境及发挥区位优势等对策建议。
Promoting the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas is an important feature of China's modernization.As a western ethnic area with"four regions overlapped",Guangxi is faced with problems such as structural imbalance in the supply of financial services.Based on the perspective of supply-side structural reform,this paper builds a theoretical analysis framework for digital inclusive finance to promote common prosperity of agriculture and rural areas in Guangxi.Research found that digital inclusive finance plays a role through three major paths:optimizing financial supply capabilities,improving financial supply structure,and optimizing the financial supply environment.However,it still faces difficulties such as lagging digital transformation,insufficient resource allocation,product homogeneity,and low adaptability of the credit reporting system.Based on this,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as improving supply capacity,optimizing supply structure,improving supply environment and giving full play to location advantages.
