摘要
中国共产党在党的十九大报告中提出的乡村振兴战略,被确立为新时期“三农”工作的总指导方针,是中国特色社会主义进入新时代的重要战略部署。同时,该战略亦是党中央全面落实治疆方略、聚焦新疆工作总目标、维护新疆社会稳定与长治久安的现实需求。当前,新疆地区发展不平衡不充分的问题表现尤为显著,需立足区域实际,针对现阶段突出问题,精准对接新发展阶段的核心要求。该文以乡村振兴战略为研究背景,探讨农村金融机构发展的新动态与新特征。结合新疆农村金融机构的发展现状,探究新疆农村金融机构存在的问题,并提出乡村振兴战略下促进其发展的对策建议。
The Rural Revitalization Strategy put forward by the Communist Party of China in the report of its 19th National Congress has been established as the overall guiding principle for the work related to"agriculture,rural areas,and rural residents"in the new era.It is an important strategic arrangement as socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era.Simultaneously,this strategy also meets the practical needs of the Party Central Committee to comprehensively implement its governance strategy for Xinjiang,focus on the overall objective of Xinjiang work,and maintain social stability and long-term peace and security in Xinjiang.At present,the problem of unbalanced and insufficient development is especially prominent in the Xinjiang region.It is imperative to base on the regional actual situation,target the prominent problems at this stage,and precisely align with the core requirements of the new development stage.Taking the Rural Revitalization Strategy as the research background,this paper explores the new impetus and characteristics of the development of rural financial institutions.By combining with the current development status of rural financial institutions in Xinjiang,it examines the existing problems of rural financial institutions in Xinjiang and proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote their development under the Rural Revitalization Strategy.
