摘要
全体人民共同富裕是中国式现代化的本质要求之一,其最艰巨最繁重的任务仍然在农村。构建农村居民共同富裕水平测度指标体系,运用熵权-TOPSIS法、变差系数、障碍度模型对信阳市农村居民共同富裕水平的时空分异及其障碍因子进行剖析,结果显示,2013—2022年间,信阳市农村居民共同富裕水平整体呈波动上升趋势,波动较频繁,表现出高强度的不稳定性。浉河区、平桥区农村居民共同富裕水平整体呈波动下降态势,其余八县呈波动上升态势,信阳市农村居民共同富裕水平的重心呈现出从西部向中南部转移的趋势,新县、潢川县逐步取代浉河区、平桥区,成为信阳市农村居民共同富裕水平较高的地区,淮滨县农村居民共同富裕水平始终处于最低水平,但信阳市各区县农村居民共同富裕水平的差距呈缩小趋势。共享度是影响信阳市农村居民共同富裕水平的首要维度,城镇化水平不高、农业机械化水平低、农村居民消费不足、农田利用效率低、农用化肥使用偏多和农村人力资源不足等是影响各区县农村居民共同富裕水平的主要因素,应因城施策补齐短板,持续推进信阳市农村居民共同富裕。
Common prosperity for all people is one of the essential requirements of China's modernization,and its most arduous and arduous tasks still lie in rural areas.An indicator system for measuring the level of common prosperity of rural residents was constructed,and the entropy weight-TOPSIS method,coefficient of variation,and obstacle degree model were used to analyze the temporal and spatial differences and obstacle factors of the level of common prosperity of rural residents in Xinyang City.The results show that during the period from 2013 to 2022,The overall level of common prosperity of rural residents in Xinyang City showed a fluctuating upward trend,fluctuating frequently,showing high-intensity instability.The overall level of common prosperity of rural residents in Shihe District and Pingqiao District showed a fluctuating and declining trend,while the remaining eight counties showed a fluctuating and rising trend.The center of gravity of the level of common prosperity of rural residents in Xinyang City showed a trend of shifting from the west to the south and south.Xin County County and Huangchuan County gradually replaced Shihe District and Pingqiao District to become an area with a higher level of common prosperity of rural residents in Xinyang City.The level of common prosperity of rural residents in Huaibin County has always been at the lowest level.However,the gap in the common prosperity level of rural residents in various districts and counties in Xinyang City is narrowing.Sharing degree is the primary dimension affecting the common prosperity level of rural residents in Xinyang City.Low level of urbanization,low level of agricultural mechanization,insufficient consumption by rural residents,low farmland utilization efficiency,excessive use of agricultural fertilizers,and insufficient rural human resources are the main factors affecting the level of common prosperity of rural residents in counties and counties.The main factors in the common prosperity level of rural residents in Xinyang City should be made up for the shortcomings due to city policies and continue to promote the common prosperity of rural residents in Xinyang City.
