摘要
以大果型番茄“普罗旺斯”为试验材料,将番茄苗设定4个生长发育阶段,依据生长阶段设置7个营养液浓度组合,研究潮汐育苗不同浓度营养液对番茄壮苗效果。结果表明,成苗期T6、T7的壮苗指数最高为0.216和0.221显著高于其他处理;T3、T4的净光合速率最高分别为9.68、9.40μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),显著高于T7;T4的根系活力最高为48.49%。利用TOPSIS评价法对光合参数、种苗长势、根系活力3个维度的指标进行综合评价,得到最终的评价结果为T6>T4>T3>T5>T1>T7>T2,最适宜番茄潮汐式育苗的营养液浓度组合为T6(1 mS/cm-1 mS/cm-2 mS/cm),此时种苗各指标良好,未出现明显的病症问题,施肥量满足番茄苗期的生长需要。
Using the large-fruited tomato variety"Provence"as the experimental material,the tomato seedlings were divided into four growth and development stages.Seven combinations of nutrient solution concentrations were set according to the growth stages to study the effects of nutrient solutions with different concentrations on the strong seedling formation of tomatoes in tide irrigation seedling raising.The results showed that during the seedling maturation stage,the strong seedling indices of T6 and T7 were the highest,reaching 0.216 and 0.221 respectively,which were significantly higher than those of other treatments.The net photosynthetic rates of T3 and T4 were the highest,being 9.68μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)and 9.40μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)respectively,and were significantly higher than that of T7.The root activity of T4 was the highest,reaching 48.49%.The TOPSIS evaluation method was used to comprehensively evaluate the indicators in three dimensions,namely photosynthetic parameters,seedling growth status,and root activity.The final evaluation result was T6>T4>T3>T5>T1>T7>T2.The most suitable combination of nutrient solution concentration for tomato tide irrigation seedling raising was T6(1 mS/cm-1 mS/cm-2 mS/cm).At this time,all indicators of the seedlings were good,there were no obvious disease problems,and the fertilization amount met the growth needs of tomato seedlings during the seedling stage.
