摘要
文旅融合已成为推动乡村振兴的核心路径之一,数字赋能与城乡互动作为关键支撑,与文旅融合形成循环递进的协同机制,三者的动态耦合构成文旅产业高质量发展的核心逻辑。邯郸拥有“城区文化密集、乡村生态富集”的特色文旅资源,兼具深厚历史底蕴与多样自然景观,近年文旅产业规模稳步扩大,但在发展中仍面临技术赋能不足、城乡联动薄弱、文化IP同质化等突出问题。该文以数字赋能与城乡互动双重驱动为研究视角,在解析三者协同机理的基础上,聚焦邯郸文旅融合的核心痛点,从完善数字基建、开发数字文旅产品、打造特色IP、培育专业人才及整合城乡产业链、设立合作基金等方面,提出针对性的融合发展路径。
The integration of culture and tourism has become one of the core paths to promote rural revitalization.Digital empowerment and urban-rural interaction serve as key supports,forming a circular and progressive collaborative mechanism with the integration of culture and tourism.The dynamic coupling of the three constitutes the core of the high-quality development of the cultural and tourism industry.logic.Handan has characteristic cultural tourism resources that are"culturally intensive in the Urban area and ecologically rich in rural areas."It has profound historical heritage and diverse natural landscapes.In recent years,the scale of the cultural tourism industry has steadily expanded,but it still faces insufficient technological empowerment in development,weak urban-rural linkage,and cultural IP homogenization and other outstanding issues.This paper takes the dual drive of digital empowerment and urban-rural interaction as a research perspective.Based on analyzing the synergy mechanism of the three,it focuses on the core pain points of Handan's cultural and tourism integration,and from improving digital infrastructure,developing digital cultural and tourism products,creating characteristic IP,and cultivating professional talents,integrating urban and rural industrial chains,and establishing cooperation funds,the paper proposes targeted integrated development paths.
