摘要
高等职业教育正面临着技术快速迭代与人才需求转型的双重挑战。基于产教融合理论框架,深入探究数智融媒与文化产业高职人才培养之间的内在耦合逻辑。研究发现,当前存在技术应用碎片化、校企协同浅表化、教学创新滞后化等现实困境。基于此,提出构建“技术、产业、教育”三位一体的赋能路径,具体包括重构产教融合生态系统、创新课程共生体系、革新产教协同教学模式以及培育复合型教学团队等一系列举措。
Higher vocational education is currently confronted with the dual challenges of rapid technological iteration and a shifting talent demand landscape.Grounded in the theoretical framework of Industry-Education Integration,this research delves into the intrinsic coupling logic between Digital-Intelligent Media Integration and the cultivation of higher vocational talents for the cultural industry.The study identifies several prevailing practical dilemmas,including the fragmentation of technology application,the superficiality of university-enterprise collaboration,and the lag in pedagogical innovation.Consequently,it proposes the construction of a trinity empowerment pathway integrating"technology,industry,and education."This pathway encompasses a series of specific measures,such as restructuring the industry-education integration ecosystem,innovating a symbiotic curriculum system,revolutionizing the industry-education collaborative teaching model,and fostering interdisciplinary teaching teams.
