摘要
在全面推进乡村振兴与区域协调发展战略背景下,高职院校作为技术技能人才培养主体,其服务县域发展的功能定位愈发重要。该研究以协同共生理论为基础分析框架,以广东“百千万工程”为实践场域,系统探讨高职院校与县域发展的融合机制。研究发现,校地互动中存在“需求-供给”结构性错配与“协同-共生”系统性梗阻的双重困境,其深层症结在于制度性联结不足与价值回馈机制缺位。基于此,构建了“校地协同-价值共生”双轨机制,并从制度设计、产教融合、平台建设与评价激励四个维度提出系统性优化路径,旨在推动校地关系实现从机械协作到有机共生的范式转变。
Against the backdrop of comprehensively advancing rural revitalization and regional coordinated development strategies,higher vocational colleges,as the primary cultivators of technical and skilled talents,are assuming increasingly important roles in serving county-level development.Using synergistic symbiosis theory as the foundational analytical framework and Guangdong's"Hundreds,Thousands,and Tens of Thousands Project"as the practical context,this study systematically explores the integration mechanism between higher vocational colleges and county-level development.The research reveals a dual dilemma in college-local interactions:a structural"demand-supply"mismatch and systemic blockages in"collaboration-symbiosis,"with the root causes lying in insufficient institutional linkages and the absence of a value feedback mechanism.based on these findings,the study constructs a dual-track mechanism of"college-local collaboration and value symbiosis,"and proposes systematic optimization pathways from four dimensions:institutional design,industry-education integration,platform development,and evaluation incentives.The aim is to promote a paradigm shift in college-local relations from mechanical cooperation to organic symbiosis.
