摘要
传统老旧小区改造过程中,控制网的布设常面临现场环境复杂、传统测量效率低、精度易受干扰等问题。为解决这一难题,尝试采用三维激光扫描技术,通过高效测量与完整点云拼接构建高精度三维模型,并从中提取相关控制点坐标,实现控制网的加密优化。以常州某老旧小区改造项目为例,该作业方式既能满足精度要求,又能显著降低外业强度,提高生产效率,为老旧小区改造过程中加密控制网提供了高效、可靠的技术手段,具有广泛的推广应用价值。
In the renovation process of traditional old residential areas,the establishment of control networks often faces challenges such as complex on-site environments,low efficiency of conventional surveying methods,and susceptibility to accuracy interference.To address these issues,this study explores the application of 3D laser scanning technology.By leveraging efficient data acquisition and comprehensive point cloud registration,high-accuracy 3D models are constructed,from which key control point coordinates are extracted to optimize the densification of control networks.A case study of a renovation project in Changzhou demonstrates that this approach not only meets accuracy requirements but also significantly reduces fieldwork intensity and enhances productivity.The method provides an efficient and reliable technical solution for control network densification in old residential area renovations,showcasing broad potential for widespread adoption.
