摘要
本文通过对中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)的文献检索,利用CiteSpace软件,对2组数据进行了关键词共现分析、聚类分析、时间线分析及关键词突现分析。研究发现,果蔬农药残留领域研究热点集中在检测技术创新与食品安全风险评估,而农药残留治理领域则更关注政策创新与污染综合防治,旨在梳理果蔬农药残留治理领域的研究现状与趋势,揭示技术治理与制度创新的协同逻辑。
In this paper,through literature retrieval in the China Academic Journals Full-text Database(CNKI)and using CiteSpace software,keyword co-occurrence analysis,cluster analysis,timeline analysis and keyword emergent analysis were conducted on the two groups of data.Research has found that the research hotspots in the field of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables are mainly focused on the innovation of detection technologies and food safety risk assessment,while in the field of pesticide residue control,more attention is paid to policy innovation and comprehensive pollution prevention and control.The aim is to sort out the current research status and trends in the field of pesticide residue control for fruits and vegetables,and to reveal the collaborative logic of technological governance and institutional innovation.
