摘要
本研究采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对果汁中的天然色素成分进行了定量分析。通过优化色谱条件,建立了准确、灵敏的分析方法,能够有效分离和检测果汁中的主要天然色素,如花青素、类胡萝卜素和叶绿素等。实验结果表明,该方法具有良好的线性关系、精密度和回收率,能够为果汁中天然色素的含量测定提供可靠的技术支持。本研究为果汁品质评价、天然色素提取及安全性评估提供了重要的科学依据。
In this study,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to quantitatively analyze the natural pigments in fruit juice.By optimizing chromatographic conditions,an accurate and sensitive analytical method was established,which can effectively separate and detect the main natural pigments in fruit juice,such as anthocyanins,carotenoids and chlorophyll.The experimental results show that the method has good linear relationship,precision and recovery rate,and can provide reliable technical support for the determination of natural pigments in fruit juice.This study provides an important scientific basis for fruit juice quality evaluation,natural pigment extraction and safety evaluation.
