摘要
设计一种基于机器快速学习的自动视觉识别野外医用药箱。该药箱由箱体与箱盖构成,箱体设分区药品抽屉与高清摄像头,箱盖集成电源、微处理器、无线传输及声光报警组件,主体采用碳纤维材质,兼具便携、防水与减震性能。药箱的核心为其微处理器中内嵌的医疗队药材视觉识别监测系统,该系统采用“终端-边缘-云端”协同框架,融合计算机视觉与物联网技术,能够快速识别药箱中药品的名称和种类,实现药品清单实时更新、消耗与效期监控及自动预警功能,可同时覆盖野外保障、日常管理与归建盘点3大应用场景。经测试,该医用药箱在模拟应急场景中能够准确识别数十类药品,平均识别准确率约93%,未出现漏报误报。该设计有效解决野战药品管理人工操作痛点,提升管理准确性与时效性,减轻医护人员负担,为野外应急医疗场景提供高效技术支撑。
The management for medicine in medical team of field operation is important part of health,service and support in field operation.The current storage and management for medicine by using standard medicine boxes mainly depended on manual operation to complete verification,registration and statistics,which exists many problems include time and labor consuming,inaccurate data,asynchronous information,etc.It is possible that these problems will affect the timeliness of emergent treatment.Therefore,this research designed a medical kit with automatically visual identification in the field on the basis of machine rapid learning.This medical kit consists of body and lid of box,and the body of box includes medicine drawer with partition and highdefinition camera,and the lid integrates power module,microprocessor module,wireless transmission module and audible and visual alarm module.The main body of the medical kit adopts carbon fiber material,which can combine portable,waterproof and shockabsorbing performances.The core of the medical kit is the embedded monitor system of visual identification for medicines of medical team in the microprocessor,which adopts"terminal-edge-cloud"collaborative framework,and integrates computer vision technique and internet of things(IoTs)technique.It can rapidly identify the name and type of medicine in medical kit,and realize real-time update for medication list,and monitor for consumption,expiration date and automatic warning.In addition,it can simultaneously cover three main application scenarios includes field support,routine management and inventory.The tested results indicated that the medical kit can accurately identify dozens of types of medicines in simulated emergency scenarios,and the average accuracy rate of identification exceeded 93%,which did not occur missed and false alarms.This design effectively resolved the key problem of manual operation in management for medicine in field operation,and enhanced accuracy and timeliness of management,and relieve the burden of medical staffs,and provide high-effectively technical support for emergently medical scenarios in field operation.It has importantly practical significance in optimizing resource allocation of medicine,and enhancing ability of health,service and support.
