基于磁电耦合原理的异型双端弯曲结构特征电流传感器

A Special-shaped Bending Vibration Mode Characteristic Current Sensor Based on Magnetoelectric Coupling Effect

摘要 文章提出一种基于异型双端弯曲结构的磁电耦合原理特征电流传感器,通过创新性的哑铃型磁性层设计优化聚磁效果,有效改善传统弯曲振动模态下磁电耦合系数偏低的问题。该传感器工作在弯曲振动模态,谐振频率能够与833 Hz特征频率精准匹配,充分发挥磁电器件的选频放大优势,显著抑制杂波干扰。实验表明,该传感器的磁电耦合系数高达550 V/cm/Oe,磁场探测极限达7.9 pT,在833 Hz处灵敏度为286.23 mV/A,特征电流的探测极限为0.1μA,并在现场测试中成功识别出特征宽频脉冲信号。该设计为电网节点监测提供了高灵敏度、高线性度的解决方案,对智能电网拓扑识别与安全运行具有重要意义。 This paper proposes a characteristic current sensor operating in magnetoelectric coupling effect,based on a heterotypic double-ended bending structure.By incorporating an innovative dumbbell-shaped magnetic layer design,the magnetic flux concentration effect is optimized,effectively addressing the issue of low magnetoelectric coupling coefficients associated with conventional bending vibration modes.The sensor operates in a bending vibration mode with a low resonant frequency,enabling precise matching with the characteristic frequency of 833 Hz,which allows the device to fully leverage the frequency-selective amplification advantage of magnetoelectric materials,significantly suppressing interference from noise in complex working environments.Experimental results demonstrate a high magnetoelectric coupling coefficient of 550 V/cm/Oe,a magnetic field detection limit of 7.9 pT,a sensitivity of 286.23 mV/A at 833 Hz,and the characteristic current detection limit as low as 0.1μA.Field tests successfully identified characteristic wide-frequency pulse signals.The proposed sensor provides a high-sensitivity and high-linearity solution for grid node monitoring,contributing significantly to topology identification and stable operation in smart grids.
