具有微乳头状结构的巨大乳腺黏液癌1例

摘要 1临床资料患者,女,47岁,已婚。因“发现左乳肿块5+年”于2023年7月7日收入我院乳腺外科。患者5+年前无意间发现左乳肿块,肿块位于左乳外象限,约“蚕豆”大小,质硬,活动度差,形态欠规则,伴有与月经周期相关的疼痛,无局部红肿、发热等特殊不适,无乳头溢液、溢血、乳头内陷等,患者未予以重视,未进行相关诊疗,病程期间患者感上述肿块逐渐增大,1+年前,患者因摔倒致上述肿块受到挤压,感上述肿块疼痛、明显增大,近期上述肿块已增大至“排球”大小,遂来我院就诊。
