摘要
随着遗传学在医疗领域的快速发展,临床护士的遗传素养对提升护理质量、推动精准医疗至关重要。文章对遗传素养的基本概念、评估工具,临床护士遗传素养现状、影响因素及干预方法进行综述,旨在为提升我国临床护士遗传素养水平,优化护理管理培训内容提供参考。
With the rapid development of genetics in the medical field,clinical nurses'genetics literacy plays a crucial role in improving the quality of nursing care and promoting precision medicine.This paper reviews the concept,instruments,current situation,influencing factors and interventions of clinical nurses'genetic literacy to provide theoretical references for improving the level of genetic literacy of clinical nurses in China and enhancing the content of nursing management training.
