滨海湾大桥主塔构造设计与对比分析

摘要 东莞市滨海湾大桥主桥采用独塔扭索面固结体系斜拉桥,跨径布置采用(60+200+200+60)m,主塔采用钢-钢壳混凝土混合结构,中下塔柱截面尺寸较小而内力较大,采用钢壳混凝土结构,上塔柱截面尺寸大而内力较小,采用钢结构。为提高主塔建筑造型和受力合理的统一性,从加工制造便利性、结构受力合理性等方面对桥塔几何设计、构造细节设计等进行对比分析,并通过有限元分析验证了异形桥塔设计的可行性。结果表明:桥塔截面采用定值半径圆弧与切直线相结合的形式,在制造可行性与构造合理性方面均表现优异;主塔锚箱采用三壁板形式,能够有效兼顾主塔外形变化、结构受力需求及塔内附属设施空间布置;通过斜联板的设计,可显著改善锚箱角点应力传递路径,避免应力集中现象。 The main bridge of Dongguan Binhaiwan Bridge is a single-pylon cable-stayed bridge with a torsionally curved cable plane and a rigid frame system.Its span arrangement is(60+200+200+60)m.The pylon adopts a steel-steel shell concrete composite structure.Considering that the middle and lower pylon segments have relatively small cross-sectional dimensions but are subjected to significant internal forces,steel shell concrete is utilized.Conversely,the upper pylon segment,characterized by larger cross-sectional dimensions and lower internal forces,employs a steel structure.To achieve a balance between architectural aesthetics and structural efficiency,a comparative analysis was conducted on the pylon's geometric and detailed design,taking into account factors such as fabrication convenience and structural rationality.The feasibility of the non-conventional pylon design was further validated through finite element analysis.The results show that the pylon cross-section,which combines constant-radius arcs with tangent straight lines,demonstrates excellent manufacturability and structural rationality.The anchor box of the main pylon features a triple-wall-plate configuration,effectively accommodating variations in the pylon's external form,meeting structural load-bearing requirements,and allowing for the spatial arrangement of auxiliary facilities inside the pylon.The incorporation of diagonal connection plates significantly improves the stress transfer path at the corners of the anchor box,thereby preventing stress concentration.
