地铁车下辅助电源箱安装支架强度仿真分析与试验——以新加坡地铁T251车为例

摘要 针对新加坡地铁T251型车辆的车下辅助电源箱安装支架,基于HyperWorks有限元软件开展静强度与疲劳强度仿真分析。通过构建精细化有限元模型,参照EN12663-1—2010标准设定多向载荷工况,对支架结构在超常载荷下的应力响应进行评估。结果表明,静强度工况下支架最大应力为274.9 MPa,安全系数1.09,满足材料屈服强度要求;疲劳工况下最大主应力59.49 MPa,安全系数大于2.6,所有单元应力均处于母材疲劳极限线内。研究证实该安装支架的结构强度满足标准要求,为同类轨道交通设备支架的工程设计提供理论依据。 Based on HyperWorks finite element software,static strength and fatigue strength simulation analysis were carried out for the installation bracket of the auxiliary power supply box under the vehicle of Singapore Metro T251.By constructing a refined finite element model and setting multi-directional load conditions with reference to EN12663-1—2010 standard,the stress response of the stent structure under abnormal load was evaluated.The results show that the maximum stress of the support under static strength conditions is 274.9 MPa,with a safety factor of 1.09,which meets the material yield strength requirements;the maximum principal stress under fatigue conditions is 59.49 MPa,with a safety factor of greater than 2.6,and all element stresses are within the fatigue limit line of the base metal.The research confirms that the structural strength of the installation bracket meets the standard requirements,providing a theoretical basis for the engineering design of similar rail transit equipment brackets.
