摘要
以发射箱易碎系留盖为研究对象,针对弹箭系统的使用环境及撞击开盖的安全性等问题,建立易碎系留盖的撞破动力学有限元模型和静态承压有限元模型,并进行动态撞破、正向胀破、反向承压能力的验证试验和发射试验。结果表明,仿真计算和试验结果均与设计值吻合得很好,验证设计方案的可行性与有限元模型正确性。
Taking the fragile tethered cover of a launch canister as the research subject and focusing on the operational environment of the missile-rocket system and the safety of impact-induced cover opening,finite element models for the dynamic impact fracture of the fragile tethered cover and its static pressure-bearing capacity were established.Verification tests and launch tests were conducted to assess the dynamic impact fracture,forward bursting under pressure,and reverse pressure-bearing capacity.The results show that both the simulation calculations and experimental data align well with the design values,confirming the feasibility of the design solution and the correctness of the finite element models.
